MLRC 50-State Surveys

MLRC's 50-State Surveys, published annually by MLRC and Oxford University Press, are 1000+ page reference texts that provide comprehensive coverage of media libel, media privacy, and employment libel and privacy law in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. territories, the U.S. Federal Courts, Canada (media libel and privacy volumes) and England (media libel).

The Surveys are prepared annually by practicing attorneys, experts in the law of their particular jurisdiction. Each Survey is updated in a clear, standardized outline format.
