Universal Search: Search all litigation materials (except for Brief Bank and Expert Witness Directory) by keyword and document type, and retrieve materials online.
Brief Bank: Search for briefs in MLRC's extensive library of briefs from cases nationwide since 1980. Access recent briefs online, with older materials available upon request from MLRC.
Expert Witness Directory: Prepare for litigation by finding a specialist or expert on a variety of issues that arise in media law litigation. Also, get information on your opponent's witnesses.
Jury Instructions: Browse our growing library of proposed and submitted jury instructions from cases nationwide.
Closing Arguments: Access a growing collection of closing arguments from media law cases around the country.
